Support Alverno

Your support of The Alverno helps ensure that the elders of Clinton County receive the best care possible. In addition, it provides opportunities for new advancements and programs throughout our facility.

The Alverno’s Mission is to provide care for the aging through an environment and professional services, which are life giving, supportive, and enabling for the aging person and for every member of the staff. We are able to do this through the generosity of local corporations, foundations and businesses and of caring individuals who want to reach out to others in the elderly in our community.

Ways to Give:

Sr. Ruth Cox Rehabilitation Unit Campaign
We are currently raising funds to support the remodeling efforts in our Sr. Ruth Cox Rehabilitation Unit. While the structural changes have been made to create the designated unit, our goal is to raise the funding that will allow us to update the decor and furnishings. If you are interested in supporting this campaign, please contact dbergmann@thealverno.com or call the front desk.

Honor or Memorialize a Loved One
A gift honoring the memory of a loved one, friend or associate offers an appropriate expression of your sympathy to grieving families. Families often choose to establish a memorial fund for a special purpose in memory of a loved one. Likewise, gifts honoring birthdays, births, adoptions, anniversaries, weddings, graduations, religious occasions, or retirements are excellent alternatives to traditional giving. The family of the person being memorialized or the person being honored receives an acknowledgment card listing the donor’s name. The amount of the gift is always kept confidential. Enhance Lives while Earning Income Now
Gifts may be made during your lifetime or left to The Alverno through your will. They may consist of cash, securities, life insurance, trusts, personal property or real estate. Volunteering
There are many opportunities to volunteer at The Alverno. You will find the time you spend volunteering at The Alverno to be invaluable. From assisting with arts and crafts, or helping with bingo games or worship services, your commitment and dedication to The Alverno and the elderly in Clinton County will make a valuable difference.
